The place had comfortable and clean rooms with hot showers and a decent breakfast. Some rooms had lovely views and were spacious. the hostel was a bit far from the downtown area but it was peaceful and quiet at night. the lobby was well lit and had comfortable seating.
The staff seemed unhelpful and lacked friendliness. They were not willing to offer any advice or information about the area and the noise from reception made it difficult to sleep at night.

Although the staff was friendly, the lack of knowledge about the area was an issue. the comfortable bed and spacious rooms were the best aspects. the hot shower was a plus.
During my Christmas stay, the noise from the lobby and road kept me awake until past midnight. the lack of available information about the area and the hostel's amenities, such as breakfast and checkout times, was inconvenient.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and always very helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, especially the rooms which were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and offered enough choices for a satisfying meal.
